S babbles a lot with intonation. Since I am bilingual, people often would assume that he is speaking Chinese or English, depends on which language they do NOT understand.
When we were in Taiwan, my relatives would marvel: 弟弟在講英文啊!! (Is Di-di speaking English!!)
When we are in the U.S. people would comment: Is he speaking Chinese?
Perhaps you understand my baby? Seriously I have no clue what language he is speaking! :)

Thats "Chi-english" if you ask me! LOL! I love how he's super talkative! How did you get him to be that good on camera? Very impressive (I'm taking notes) Hehehe!
