I saw these blue eggs at the Marks and Spencer grocery store. Note the word 'speciality'. I guess these eggs are not 'specialty' but 'speciality'. What is the difference? Is the spelling correct?

Good luck with the food in London, Simon! It's pretty nasty when you're on a budget like we were when we visited. I'm really happy to see your updates--what a great way to stay connected to everyone. We're watching over Jackie and Shaun while you're gone...Jackie probably thinks I'm stalking her because I've been emailing her and inviting her over so much! :0 They come over last night after bath time and Shaun sure enjoyed watching the olympics and saying "bike." It was really cute! Anyway, good luck with everything and before you know it you'll be home in December. Ivona and Nick

I think if they spell it "speciality" they can charge more! ;-)
My aunt has chickens that lay different colors of eggs, including blue. The different colors all taste the same although the eggs from her chickens taste and look MUCH different from most at the supermarket - the yolks are very bright since the chickens receive a very nutritious diet. Enjoy!
After I started posting on this blog, I realized that it's not only a great place for us to share updates on Di-di, but it can also be a great online diary. I have added pictures and comments to what happened in 2006 when we embarked on our adoption journey.
